The CCD was awarded silver status by the World Obesity Federation’s Healthy Venues Award programme. The Healthy Venues Award encourages venues to support their delegates and staff in making healthier choices while attending conferences. The CCD is only the second venue in Europe, and third worldwide, to receive this accreditation after it met all of the criteria to become a Silver Healthy Venue.

On arrival to Dublin airport, directly outside their arrivals hall is the official airport taxi rank. The average current price from Dublin airport to the Convention Centre Dublin is approximately €25.
There are many official taxi ranks throughout the Dublin city centre. Ensure to only travel in a registered taxi displaying their badge and taxi number. (They will have their taxi license displayed on the dashboard). Taxis are readily available all over the city with listed Taxi ranks in most main tourism areas.
