Any applications received now will be included on a waitlist. Should an opportunity arise to consider your session you will be advised accordingly.

Those wishing to still submit a proposal under the extended late deadline (after the 30th September) are advised to do so ASAP.
Demand for sessions is high and due to limited availability we may close this process before the extended deadline date.
FENS 2019 welcomes industry and non-commercial groups to propose sessions at the 2019 conference. All proposed sessions must be approved by the Scientific Committee before inclusion in the programme.
All sessions will occur as part of the standard conference programme and may occur in parallel with other industry and or academic sessions, unless otherwise stated.
As a session organiser you are required to cover all costs relating to preparation of content, materials, registration of participants (speakers, chairpersons, staff etc…) as well as any travel and accommodation costs relevant to your session content.
Note: Updated application form as speakers and their presentation titles are now required

Extended Deadline for applications: Friday 14th December 2018
On receipt of your application form, this will be reviewed by the FENS 2019 Scientific Committee and you will be notified by email of your session status. Following acceptance of your proposal you will be issued with the relevant invoice for completion.
We would advise all groups considering hosting a session to return the form as early as possible, as session space is limited.
